As you dine in the courtyard you will see the old meat safe which is now the potting shed and the old slaughterhouse now stables “Miss Saffy and Bluey” our friendly miniature horses.

A work in progress we opened T Spot in April 2008 after moving from the Hunter Valley, NSW where we owned and operated a successful Tea House / Café for three years.  

We had visited Tasmania a number of times and fell in love with Ross. 
We purchased the property a few years ago waiting for the right time for our new venture.

We wanted to create somewhere intimate, where people can feel welcome and relaxed and leave with a smile.

T Spot caters for up to 20 diners.  Dine inside (cosy by the fire in Winter) or outside in our beautiful courtyard.

"Say hello to our little horses", miniature ducks, sheep “and any additions we may find for the farmyard”.

Our menu is simple but tasty, changing with the seasons, we will use our own available produce including eggs courtesy of our plucky chooks.

All our treats are homemade.  Extra special Devonshires (with over 50 choices of tea) homemade scones and jam, yum!  Barry always recommends the Yorkshire Gold but being from Yorkshire he may be biased. 

Lots of cold drinks available including of course, pure Iced Tea for a refreshing drink.

Coffee lovers are delighted by the freshly ground espresso and keep coming back for more.
